The SMAVOO e-paper displays offer a variety of advantages. They only use energy when the screen content is updated, making them extremely energy efficient. Thanks to their reflective technology, they are easy to read even in direct sunlight and offer high contrast, similar to printed paper. In addition, EPaper displays are easy on the eyes as they do not require a backlight and therefore put less strain on the eyes.

Our e-paper displays are a versatile solution for various applications. They can serve as a 2,9-inch display to visualize shelves, be used as 7,5-inch signage for large load carriers (GLT), or even be used as a tablet with an 11,6-inch display to display picking lists. Can be used universally and flexibly, they contribute to increasing efficiency in a wide variety of areas.

Using the SMAVOO Ultra Low Power (ULP) chip in conjunction with a SMAVOO ULP gateway, sensors can be woken up via radio (Wake on Radio). This design enables extremely low power consumption because the sensor can sleep permanently and is only woken up by the extremely energy-saving ULP chip. At the same time, this enables very fast response times, as cyclical waking of the sensor is no longer necessary and external applications, such as the SMAVOO Sensor Hub, can now activate individual sensors in almost real time.
